With a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management, Christoph also holds a certificate in Architectural & Civil Drafting and a diploma in Operations Management. His unique background, comprehensive training and varied knowledge base have proven to be invaluable for him.

“My drafting training gives me the ability to participate in the design of our buildings, in addition to reading and interpreting drawings. The Operations Management and BComm education give me framework to manage and lead my team and look for ways to continually improve our processes and procedures.”

One of his most memorable projects is the Government House Rotary Literacy Project. This is an endeavor where Britco partners with Government House and Rotary to supply buildings that are re-purposed into libraries and gathering spaces for remote First Nations communities throughout BC. Being able to provide buildings to promote access to learning through books and computers and provide a place for the elders, children and parents to teach and foster relationships has had an enormous impact on those communities.

For Christoph, working at Britco has been extremely rewarding. “Every day, I am given the chance to do something better, something different.”

With more than a decade of experience at Britco, this busy father of 13-year-old triplets knows the importance of time management, taking care of people and finding quick and practical solutions to problems.

His marketing and media background has helped – a lot. “Every rental, every sale is different. You’re always thinking on your feet.” So what’s his advice? Be proactive, get in front people, be honest and genuine. Explain the benefits and don’t be afraid to talk about company successes.

It’s the company’s commitment to people that has inspired Chuck to keep growing personally and professionally. “It’s about working hard and having fun doing it – everyday.” These core values are the same ones he passes on when he coaches minor hockey or to his three teenagers.

Working in Britco’s Rentals department is a natural fit for Andy, who brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in sales management, advertising and marketing.

One of the things he loves the most about his job is helping clients understand what Britco can really do for them, taking extra time to identify their needs in order to bring them the best possible value.  Knowing the different aspects of Britco’s business has contributed to his success as a sales and leasing professional. “We’re always encouraged to make decisions that are innovative and creative.”

Andy’s most memorable project at Britco has been the Merritt project with Iberdrola. “It’s where we rented out our biggest fleet building. It took a lot of hands-on coordination and project management to get it done.”

Britco’s strong profile and solid reputation in the construction industry are what drew Brad to the company. Five years and a multitude of projects later, he hasn’t looked back. “Working on major Britco projects like those at YVR, Whistler and PNE showed me what true teamwork can accomplish.”

With over 25 years of experience in the modular building industry, he specializes in providing modular solutions to large scale projects that can both meet tight timelines and client expectations. One of the best parts of his job is showing people what modular construction can do for their business.

“I love the problem-solving aspect and bringing that extra value to the table for clients. I get to work with some amazing people in the industry.”

Being able to combine his love of working independently while being part of an innovative team drew Mike to Britco. “I wanted to be able to manage and develop my own regional business while raising the company’s profile at the same time.”

Providing exceptional customer service and support is a top priority. His background in sales, management and business development helps him take care of clients. He respects the fact that they’re giving him access to their business because this helps him to quickly identify opportunities and solutions.

One of his most memorable projects was the Cape Scott Wind Farm. “When we put that first office module on site, it felt like we were opening up a new frontier. It was the perfect setting for a wind farm and it was a great experience to see the entire project come together.”

Jennine brings to the table 7 years of experience in Sales, as well as Fleet Management and Safety & Project Management. One aspect about her job that she loves is being part of the bigger picture and the exciting challenge of being tasked with different jobs that are never the same. For Jennine, it is very rewarding to play a role in delivering large innovative projects that stand as a landmark in Greater Vancouver’s ever-growing skyline, from construction to film sets, events and more.  

Jennine’s most memorable project was the Second Narrows Water Supply Tunnel, which is currently active. Using a combination of rentals and custom new builds, this project is a prime example of the kind of solutions modular can provide. Looking forward, Jennine is focused on projects in the Agricultural and Forestry sector, as well as Rural Forest Service Road(FSR) upgrades.
