Modular office buildings for your next project

Modular office buildings are prefabricated structures built to code locally in Canada and can be modified by adding our convenient and practical furnishings, so your space is ready to use once installation is complete. Our buildings range in size from 128 to over 2,500 square feet, and are constructed off-site in sections before being delivered to your site for installation.

Upgrade your portable Washcar

Britco's Washcars come with separate male and female sides, flushing toilets, urinals, sinks, and wheelchair accessibility as an option. If on-site utilities are not available, our Washcars can be installed with built-in or external water and waste tanks and offer a significantly greater quality of comfort and cleanliness than other portable toilets.

Your new space will be operational quickly with modular construction! Building fabrication and site preparation happen simultaneously, so your schedule could be shortened by 30–50%.

Additionally, since a large portion of modular building construction is carried out inside of a factory, the chance of weather delays in your project is reduced. You can save money and time.

The same building norms and requirements that apply to site-built structures are met or exceeded with modular buildings. Modular construction projects use the same architect-specified materials (wood, concrete, and steel) as traditional construction projects do.

Did you know that nearly 40 percent of landfill waste comes from construction materials?

Modular building construction continues to be a front-runner in the field of green building techniques and sustainability through off-site operations that result in effective and responsible inventory control, material reuse, and work automation

Flexible – Modular structures provide adaptable temporary and permanent building solutions that may be tailored to meet specific requirements. Modular buildings can be used for a variety of purposes, including temporary offices, classrooms, specialty uses, and more.

Fast – In an emergency, such as in a major natural disaster, or when your project needs to get up and running fast, modular buildings provide the quickest space solution.

Relocatable – Modular buildings are also portable buildings, meaning when you need to move on, your building can move with you.
