Britco’s staff quarters are a very cost-effective housing solution that can be relocated during the off-season or to other properties as operational requirements change. The building provides sleeping accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen and eating area as well as washroom facilities.

Each of the three bedrooms contains two captain beds with storage drawers, two closets, and a desk and chair. The kitchen features custom-millwork cabinets and quality appliances including stacking washer/dryer.

The building is heated and cooled with a high efficiency, in-floor ducted forced-air furnace and AC condenser. The plumbing fixtures are low-flow for reduced water consumption thereby reducing the amount of waste water flowing into the septic system. The kitchen range hood is a high capacity, ultra-low noise model with heat sensing technology to automatically increase output if excessive heat is sensed.
