Location: Burnaby, BC Total Square Feet: 4,450 sq. ft. Number of building modules: 8 Features: Britco's design team worked with the client's architect, sales team and interior designer to turn a pre-construction sales centre into a factory-built reality to showcase their residential development. The building incorporates the main reception area, closing offices and two model rooms containing a scale model of the development's townhouse and high-rise properties. To help facilitate sales, full-scale display suites were built within the sales centre using materials and finishes identical to those of the finished development. Eight factory-built modules of differing widths were used to provide the overall size required and a temporary "pit set" wood foundation was used to provide grade-level entry and a patio off the model suite.
