18 modules + 9 slide-out, mini modules
Features:
This 4-storey condominium building was designed using traditional California motifs to complement the Oakland neighbourhood as part of the revitalization of this historical part of the San Francisco Bay Area.
The building has twelve 1 and 2 bedroom contemporary suites on three levels over a parking podium and includes traditional archways, detailed parapets, covered terraces, stucco exterior finishes, wrought iron gates and Portland cement plaster mouldings. With sweeping views of the Bay Area, the interior features high ceilings, solid maple millwork, granite counters, stainless appliances, office alcoves and highly detailed finishes as well as many security and safety features for the residents.
Constructed with special attention to sound attenuation because of nearby high traffic volumes, the development also incorporates many green and sustainable innovations such as individually controlled centralized hydronic heating systems, high-efficiency appliances, lighting and glazing as well as efficient individual hot water on-demand boilers.
