This Intrawest Resort staff housing consists of two identical buildings which were designed to accommodate a total of 96 workers, to reflect the architecture of the high-end resort and to meet or exceed Intrawest's corporate standards and specifications.

The buildings are divided into four quadrants per floor. Two of the quadrants on the main floor feature a common space which includes a large lounge area as well as a computer room, laundry room and locker room. The other quadrants each contain four bedrooms with shared washrooms and a common kitchen.
