The top floor features a 16' vaulted ceiling, kitchen, lounge and wrap-around deck. Designed for handicap accessibility, the building includes an electric stairway chairlift as well as a fully accessible washroom and shower.

This clubhouse includes a pro shop, office, two washrooms, a concession and eating area with an additional eating area on the outside deck. It was originally built with two modules for a new golf course and, as business increased, additional space was required.
