Project Details

Bank of America

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Area of modular portion of building: 4,763 sf

Number of building modules: 6 + 6 roof modules

Features:

Britco's design team worked in collaboration with the bank's representative to design and build the Northwest's first modular Bank of America. This prototype was designed to meet or exceed all corporate standards and specifications and address all security and functionality concerns while preserving the bank's professional image.

With a nearby bank closing, it was imperative that the new branch was ready to occupy without disruption to customers or staff. Using Britco's Modular Core Construction©, the combination of concurrently scheduled site building and off-site pre-built modular units, the bank was completed in considerably less time than it would have taken for site construction. In fact, the factory portion took only 25 working days and the site only 27 working days after the units were delivered to complete the bank and have it ready to open the doors for the first customer.
