Seniors' Rental Housing Initiative
Britco is proud to be manufacturing seniors' housing for 11 communities in partnership with BC Housing as part of the innovative Seniors' Rental Housing Initiative funded jointly by the Federal and Provincial Governments to provide affordable rental housing for seniors and people with disabilities in small towns and rural communities across British Columbia.

Designed to meet EnerGuide 80™ and incorporating Adaptable Dwelling accessible features, the units are energy efficient and designed to meet the needs of senior and disabled residents. The majority of framing lumber is from Pine Beetle infected forests and low VOC materials, paints and adhesives have been used for improved indoor air quality.
