Incorporating reception, a closing office and a presentation room containing a scale model of the development, the building also includes an exact, full-scale replica of a suite in the development.

The sales centre uses materials and finishes, inside and out, that are representative in look and feel to those of the development including two roofs, one out of the factory, and one added on-site to complement the townhouse development. A temporary "pit set" wood foundation was used to provide grade-level entry and a patio off the model suite
