This sale centre was designed to showcase the developer’s four residential high-rise buildings slated for the site. The complex incorporates a main reception area, an office and meeting room as well as a scale model presentation room and display suite. The materials and finishes, both inside and out, were identical in look and feel to those of the finished development.

A temporary pad and block wood foundation was used for a custom entry and a patio off the display suite. The building is fully heated and air conditioned using a heat pump and in-floor ducting. Return and supply air ducting was located in the crawlspace to maximize the interior room height.
