This community project office for the Evergreen SkyTrain extension was purchased as a used building shell that was originally constructed and sold as a pre-construction presentation sales centre for a residential development. After the development was completed, the building was dismantled and moved back to Britco before being resold and relocated to Coquitlam, reassembled and renovated.
