This two-storey, two-building condominium project was designed to attract price-conscious first-time buyers and empty-nesters. The 37 suites feature energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, fireplaces designed for use as an alternative heat source and 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting. Designed around a central parking area, the project takes full advantage of the mountain view over the valley with private decks and large roof overhangs.
To maximize on-site efficiencies and minimize construction costs, most of the interior finishing was completed in the factory. Because of space limitations, delivery of the modules was staged for immediate installation on site,
