One of the unique features of Britco’s modular approach to building construction, is that while manufacturing is underway in our factory, work is occurring on-site. This allows for a much shorter project timeline, improved quality control, decreased financing costs, and, the more efficient use of materials.
Workforce Accommodations
Britco’s efficient design and manufacturing process has enabled it to grow to become one of the largest providers of innovative workforce housing complexes in Canada. Our workforce accommodations provide superior quality living quarters for workers in remote locations where local housing is either insufficient or non-existent. Britco has also earned a strong international reputation as a provider of innovative modular buildings from locations spanning the equator to those in the extreme sub-zero climates of the far north. With the capacity to design and supply innovative buildings on a large scale and to ensure its buildings meet all domestic and international codes and standards, Britco is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of its customers in Canada and around the world, no matter how challenging the environment.
Custom Design-Build
Britco designs and builds custom modular buildings to suit any space or building requirement. Our award-winning in-house design team works closely with you to ensure our innovative designs and building configurations are customized to meet your needs before the building is manufactured at one of our state-of-the-art production facilities. Britco’s team of project managers are with you every step of the way, from design and in-factory production, to site preparation, installation and final approval.
Rentals and Sales

After receiving your approval on a project plan, a senior Britco sales representative works with our production, delivery and installation teams to ensure the quote-to-building delivery process is simple and seamless.
